Hilti


Hilti needed a product that could be used as part of a gift-with-purchase promotion for consumers who were purchasing a box of the HIT-HY 150 – Adhesive tubes, which hold threaded steel studs into concrete. This item would also be used to coincide with Hilti’s 40 Year Birthday. The target market was around 2000 blue-collar tradesmen and Hilti needed a premium quality product that could be used practically, every day, reinforce the brand and actively promote the slogan “Hits Harder, Lasts Longer”.

Sweet Memories worked with Willow Ware to create an Australian-made cooler that would match the red pantone of the Hilti logo. The promotion took place during October 2007, across Australia and with summer approaching, the choice of product was perfect for a successful campaign. During the course of the Hilti Cooler promotion, a total of $360,000.00 in sales was generated. As a result of the cooler promotion, Hilti received very positive feedback and was also able to use the coolers as an internal Christmas gift for their staff.
